Hi! My name is Josie, and I am passionate about helping others through yoga. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability level. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr), Certified Professional Educator, Certified Fitness Instructor (NETA, NASM), and a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida (MA98780).
I offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences, including hatha vinyasa, restorative, and children's yoga combined with academic tutoring. My sessions are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice.
